I was treated promptly, they were quite busy and kept apologizing for my wait time. I felt as if my visit was constantly moving, receiving treatments, information & updates including test results & a repeat B/P check. I was educated on my illness, prescriptions (which were eprescribed), symptoms to report & given written DC instructions. The staff asked on more than one occasion, did I have have any questions & even assisted me with navigating thru my new insurance plan. I had 1 minor issue, I called the clinic for the results of a test which was done 4 days prior, was told that someone would return my call & that was days ago. I would continue to recommend this clinic to anyone & I know that I received quality, professional & compassionate care

I was surprised that this place was not busy. I had to wait for a little while to check in. I wasn’t mad because it’s usually like that everywhere. I was taken in the back by Shakeema Thomas. She was the medical assistant. She was very friendly and had a great bedside manner. My wife actually thought that she was the doctor. Dr Kazi came in and spoke with me for a few minutes and was also friendly. He found out my problem and explained that he previously had the same thing and what the outcome was. This put me at ease. He gave instructions to Shakeema and then left. Shakeema gave me two shots in the rear and it really didn’t hurt. She left for a minute and then took me for xrays. This was the only real pain that I had. I had to twist my arm a certain way. After xrays I was taken back to th

Very clean place and everyone was nice except the receptionist, she didn’t seem to be in a good mood. This environment should be welcoming because the first person you meet is the receptionist. But other than that the other ladies were very nice and attentive.

I visited the medical facility on a Monday, and the staff was wonderful. When I returned on Thursday, I encountered a different team, and I’m grateful to say that I was relieved I didn't have to see them on Monday. When you're sick and vulnerable, any healthcare provider offering assistance should treat you with kindness, as is not free. If we all remained healthy, fewer people would need to pursue such caring professions.

Upon entering the office I noticed that the office was clean and tidy. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and polite. The attending position who saw me was very thorough very direct and honest in his approach to my diagnosis. He prescribed me some eye drops which I was to start that day and continue for 7 days. He was accurate in the fact that my eyes began to heal the same day and getting much much better as the days go by. He is very competent and very professional they had a very impeccable bedside manner.
