Publix Pharmacy at Shops at Walnut Creek

Just transferred my prescriptions over to this location and I do not regret it. The staff was very attentive, kind and patient with each customer. I was surprised by how prompt everyone was and that I was able to get in and out in a matter of minutes. I even had a few questions about my prescription and the pharmacist was so knowledgeable. Yeah I’ll definitely continue to come to this location for my picks up.

Excellent customer service! I am glad that I found this place. I had the Walgreens in 204 Jodeco Rd. as my pharmacy but I was not happy with the service there, so I decided to try this pharmacy instead and I'm glad I did. There is communication at all times, any issues they encounter with a prescription are solved immediately, they are efficient, and professional.

I switched from Walgreens to Publix Pharmacy a few months ago and they’re super efficient. I always had some type of issue running with Walgreens, but since I switched, I literally just grab and go. They’ll call me on time when my refills are ready and it’s never a hassle. The staff is super friendly too - I always ask for Ms. Courtney when I’m there.

I had an extremely pleasant interaction with a young lady by the name of Courtney. I was visiting from out of town and my wife ran out of her medicine. Courtney was knowledgeable enough to recognize that she was taking something over the counter and not only pointed me in the right direction but made sure to provide me several options that might prove better for her in the long run.. Thank you Publix for having such a wonderful and loving staff

I love this new location! The pharmacists are always so helpful and this Publix has a drive thru, unlike my previous Publix.
