This place is horrendous! We were scheduled for "Dr." Boris Schmigle. A used car salesperson has more morals and ethics then this "Dr.". He's totally scamming the workers comp board. My son went to see him and I know this "Dr." didn't even look at my sons notes from his highly rated surgeon. He walked in and said "you need surgery". We told him why he didn't need more surgery and he stated several times that our surgeon lied to us (which wasn't true). He then said he wouldn't write us the prescription he needed but once I pushed him he said he would be only for a month, where our surgeon did it for a year. I called the workers comp board to ask about how long a doctor could write this script and they said as long it could be a year. This "Dr." did NOT have our sons interest at heart. He o

The wait is entirely too long, we have spent over two hours and we're still waiting, and the first time we were here it was almost 3 hours. Thank God the doctor is friendly and know what he's talking about but it's still ridiculous. It seems like he's the only doctor here. They have like 10 people in the front office when you walk in to get checked in, but then there's no doctors or nurses to help patients.

The wait is too long. At least 2 hours and when you're in pain, it's not worth it. It's not their fault though, it's a stupid rule that worker's comp created, causing long wait times on the phone and in the Dr's office. Also please be mindful while waiting on the phone, it is not a call center and they are inundated with calls.

Sometimes the appointments run a little behind, but it happens at most offices. Friendly staff and NP's. Just in case no one is aware, there are no MD's at this office.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Dr. shmigel is very dismissive and doesn’t listen to patient concerns, will have you waiting long waits while him and his assistant converse about NOTHING, calls patients liars and pushes his own agenda without listening to the problems patients present! No compassion for the individual being seen!!!! It may be time for him to retire!
