I had such a disappointing visit today. I was having my wisdom teeth removed surgically with anesthesia and was completely awake as they yanked and yanked on a tooth they were having an issue with. As painful as that was, the assistant lady behind me says “that’s disgusting.” I immediately responded, “you’re disgusting” and I hear the dentist say something about her being in the “wrong field”. Are you kidding me?? Then I tell the people that I can see that I did not appreciate her saying that and one dentist says, “Oh she was talking about the saliva not you.” What do you mean bro? If you’re affected by saliva, why the hell did you get whatever bs license you have? Then another person had the audacity to tell me that sometimes people have hallucinations. Had a cleaning here recently .. everyone was so nice . LaRay did my cleaning and she made me so comfortable and she was the kindest person in dental I've ever met. You truly can tell she cares about her patients and isn't just there for a check. She did a through job too.. I've never had a cleaning that good before. I was hesitant about going and almost cancelled but I'm glad I didn't. I came here because it's close to work and their hours were good

I have always had positive dental visits at the Reidman Health Center. Everything around the building is clean and safe feeling. Inside, at the reception area, is just as clean and safe feeling as the outdoor entrance. The receptionists are helpful if you choose not to check yourself in. I have clinical anxiety for all my dental appointments! But, most of my care providers know this. And this being my case, they are so sensitive and tolerant with me, so that I am able to get through my appointments fairly comfortably. The Dentist who takes care of me is the best I have ever had. She is a female, and really understands how to talk to me. And no! Nobody paid me to write this review. Just grateful that care providers help me at a time and place when I really need their care.

They were good when I went in with my issue, but very little following through from the Dr. I called several times to find out what’s next since the first procedure was declined by insurance and never received a call back. I felt like just a number and not an actual patient. Since they weren’t going to make much money off of me I was tossed out like trash! Very disappointing and will find someone who will help!
