The triage team treated my daughter, who choked on bacon, with speed and care. All of the providers were professional and wonderful. Walk in to walk out with like four different tests was about four hours. Very reasonable.

This emergency room the staff is racist I come with my daughter and get sit in the waiting room for more the 3 hours I see the doctor in the waiting room I ask for room and the nurse say not have room put other people come and put in room he have room I feel very discriminated in this hospital today is July 17 2025 I put 1 star put for me I want put 0 star. At 10:20 pm I have here waiting 3 hour for xray

We had a great experience here. Super kind and helpful staff. We brought our toddler in having breathing issues and got put in a room right away and started on treatment right away by the sweetest nurses. The other reviews had me nervous to go here but it was genuinely great. He had to be observed for a few hours and we left with meds that made us feel safe leaving. Everyone we met was calm, kind, and helpful. Parking was easy too!

I normally get good service, but today I’m guessing Nobody wants to work this Friday. They checked me out in the waiting room because there were no available beds. Then proceeded to deny me imaging after a motor vehicle incident because “if anything was injured I would have felt it when it happened”

Doctors and all other Staff have no communication skills with patients, and each other. I am glad that I left instead of having my daughter seen because how can I trust a doctor to examine my daughter when he has no idea the definition of certain words. His vocabulary was inappropriate and offensive. I spoke to a gentleman in patient relations and he was great! He agreed with everything I Said and that me (mom) made the right call. I get a call from a lady today who states they can't change the note in my daughters medical record but that she would "communicate" with the doctor about his choice I'm wording, although she was trying to defend the word he used a little bit.
