Staff was efficient and caring. Very pleased with the care I received after two hip replacement surgeries. Both Dr. Gable and Dr. Wagner are excellent.

I waited for 35 minutes in the waiting room before I asked how much longer it might be. They said ten minutes tops and then grabbed me to wait longer in a room. I was there over an hour and was not seen. The women at the front were friendly but it’s not worth waiting forever. From experience in healthcare I know the wait time is not the nurse’s fault, it’s the doctor’s. I wish I read Dr. Gavin Daniel O Mahony‘s reviews before going there.

Honestly, I am VERY annoyed by this place. My son was sent for an MRI and once I noticed that the MRI was uploaded in my chart I called and asked the receptionist If the Dr could call me to discuss the results and if something was more serious we could schedule an appointment. She told me that they can't go over the results over the phone and argued with me and said I will not receive my son's results unless I come in. It's just a money grab so they can bill the insurance and waste my time! I work ! I am not a sit at home mother with nothing better to do. If it's just a conversation, then there is absolutely no reason why it can't be discussed over the phone first and move forward if needed. Horrible place!

Care is excellent but God forbid u call for an appointment. Been in the "que" for an hour and a half and still on hold.
