RRH Orthopedic Associates Of Rochester

Rochester Orthopedics on Ridgeway is run by completely incompetent staff and nurses that should not be nurses (especially Rebekah). I’ll be filing complaints against the entire inept staff. AVOID at all costs. They give conflicting messages because no one looks at notes and messages. RRH should be ashamed.

I've had to see three doctors in this practice (in 2 locations) and all have been wonderful to relieve or eliminate my pain. The staff has always been friendly, too.

I was there this morning to get my cast splint removed and a fitted brace out on and the front desk staff was great and I only sat for about 5 minutes then they called me in. A young African American girl with long hair I can't remember her name showed me to the room was fantastic. Very nice person able and she cut my splint off and she did a great job. Dr stefanich was awesome with the hand surgery as well. I'd recommend them to anyone

The front desk people are not friendly. I spent over $1k to be told by the Dr that my knee locking up is 'normal'. I'm sure it is .

They are the worst. You cant get thru to them on the phone. They have no problem changing your appt and then its 3 weeks more to wait. I need cortisone injections every 3months so when i have to wait longer because they cancelled my appt at the last min. it is frustrating. Last time i was there they did not even give me the right medications in my injections. I just can not believe how horrible this place is. They do not even deserve one star.
