One of the lead dr. REFUSED to give husband another antibiotic for COVID.. said go to ER. They saw him yesterday but a med he is on would kill him because of the interaction. REFUSED TO TREAT AFTER +COVID TEST IN THE OFFICE
I’ve been going here for years now and it’s continuing to go down hill. Their system they have is failing. A simple appointment or physical takes HOURS to complete. They never show up on time yet want you there 30 minutes prior. If you’re late it’s an issue but they can shove you in a cold room for 30 minutes to over an hour and that’s ok. I walked out for a second time after waiting 35 mins for a 45 minute appointment. When the doctor called he missed the whole reason giving excuses and said I should have gotten a nurse to tell them I’m waiting. Um excuse me? They know they have other appointments. I shouldn’t have to chase someone down for their stupidity. Urgent care is faster than them. A typical appointment always takes over an hour on a good day. They are slow. I’d highly recommend g
If I could give this doctor’s office 0 stars I would. I’ve been dealing with medical issues for over a year now with no guidance on what is going on with me. Mind you I see a different Resident every time I go into the office. How is anyone supposed to confirm diagnosis with me if I’m not even seeing my actual doctor???? They will consistently try to degrade my symptoms. I went to them telling them all my symptoms and they told me that I don’t have PCOS, but then went to my OBGYN in which she diagnosed me with PCOS. Like why do I have to jump through hoops to figure out what’s going on!
The absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. As another person stated, they don’t have email, so they wanted my orthodontist to fax over my X-rays which can’t be done because the file size is massive. After going back-and-forth on how they need to get the x-rays from the orthodontist they informed me that I need to set up an appointment to be seen first and reestablish being a patient there since I hadn’t been there in three years. When I did go three years ago I had requested a female doctor however I was seen by a male doctor. I was also there for a new patient visit/physical and they asked me if anything was bothering me so I said sometimes I have pain in my back. This led them to stating that I went to the doctor for back pain so they coded it differently with my insurance so t
I might be out of touch here, but I called to request a copy of my medical records. As expected, the office says I have to fill out a medical record request form. When I asked for the form, they asked for my address for them to mail it. I explained that I live out of state and asked if they could just email it to me, so I can scan it back. Simple right? The person on the phone says, "No...we don't... have email". Confused, I say, "Your office doesn't have email??". Their response again was "We don't have email". I instantly felt I was back in the early 90s. Now, there was also a delay in her voice. You know the one where someone asks you a question and you try and come up with an answer? Whether this is true or not, I cannot fathom why they couldn't send the document to the emai
