RRH Infectious Disease

I have been going to this clinic for two years. I have had greater than 25 percent of my calls not returned in the past, I have had to go to senior administration to find a provider advised nurse staff i did not need a return call , with no knowledge of what the patient needed. I have had multiple prescriptions not phoned to pharmacy , most recent , Friday 11/1/24, told by nurse prescription called into my pharmacy already, after i was trying to change the pharmacy. I said ok. As of Monday morning prescription still not called into pharmacy. Either my individual Healthcare is not of importance to clinic staff providers or is this the baseline to be expected, and why is this still acceptable, Both long pond and st Mary's locations are staffed by same staff, so going to the other clinic

Everyone was The Best Ever , I didn't feel like a patient, I truly felt like a welcomed Family Member. I'm so Grateful for everyone I came in contact with , my Spirit was encouraged, uplifted, a d given a Charge . Thank you all may Gid Bless you All ,Cover you All And Keep you All. Thank 😊
