Whenever I come for an appointment for my son we are waiting hour , hour in a half for the same doctor every time. When you say something about it not a things gets done. People at the window are rude not friendly what so ever. Needless to say we will be leaving this practice. Had a appointment at 2:30 its 4:00pm we still haven't been seen. Unreal.

This was a nightmare. I have never been treated so bad as today in this office. I cannot believe that I can't have what I ask from my doctor. The staff office is a mess, it has a message of kindness, but it doesn't practice any kindness. I was wasting my time waiting for the doctor to see me And it was like a nun purpose. Done with no mercy. Making me.Wait fora print out of my results on my blood test making me wait for my prescription. And, No options offered I'm very disappointed. No wonder doctor gave me an appointment in next year. Of course!!!

I made an appointment for my son for a physical, and had to wait almost three months. At that time, I told the receptionist that he had no insurance, and that I would of course, pay out of pocket. I called a week before the appointment to find out the cost, and was then referred to Care Management for possible help with the payment. I filled out forms, etc., and was told it would take a month to know. One question is: why didn't they tell me this when I made the initial appointment? So, my son went to the appointment, and did not get a physical as requested. He got advice regarding two issues he is having, and an RX. The cost for this visit is $263., and I am struggling as to why I should pay it. I guess physicians nowadays can bill for services that are not all inclusive. The appointment

Not much to say. The people working there are friendly. I always get an appointment fast and easy. I'm never in there for more than an hour, and the doctors always seem to figure out my issues quickly and accurately. And when I actually do what they advise, I get better. Calling the office is usually fairly easy, but that mycare website makes doing thing pretty effortless. Overall this place gets top marks from me.

10- 21: oxycodone does NOT WORK for my mom AND Shes had diarrhea since starting it. Can't get thru to drs ofc. Hilton health care sent moms records to this place when her dr retired. NO pre authorization given. The dr here wouldnt refill moms prescription. I had a phone conversation with dr, she made it sound like she was going to approve a lower dose of the prescription, BUT got one of the prescriptions that I specifically told her that my mom had an issue with when she had taken it in the past. Spinal stenosis causes enough issues, mom doesn't need the side effects of oxycodone on top of it all.
