RRH Family Medicine - Greece Parkway

Went to see doctor loeb, for the first time after finetti retired! I was seen for bronchitis and sinus, was given 7 days antibiotics, which didn’t make me all the way better! I messaged him the day after finishing my antibiotics! He didn’t recommend any more antibiotics which I I’ll usually help me get all the way better as it takes me longer with my poor immunity! But dr loeb dint recommend anything at all! He has yet to message me back, instead a nurse messages me back a week later stating to make another appointment! How unprofessional and crazy you would treat someone with a serious heart condition this way! When I get sick I get sick sick and it affects my heart and my nsvt which can be life threatening! 3 weeks after being seen and I’m still as sick as I was, he won’t give more antib

I have been going to this office for a number of years now and used to see Dr Finetti. He has retired so I have been seeing Jessica Noto and Alana for the last year or so. Jessica is a very pleasant and thorough practitioner and follows up on Al of my concerns, test results and prescriptions. I am very satisfied with the service there

We haven't had a doctor at this practice for many months. Then we get Dr. Loeb and immediately I get charged for imaginary services that insurance won't cover. On top of that, on my first visit, he starts talking about non medical issues like the state of the country. Very inappropriate, unprofessional, and unethical. This used to be a nice practice but the inability to keep good doctors has dragged it way down. Think twice about getting yourself a different general practitioner.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to get a new prescription that requires prior authorization filled for a month. I have contacted RRH Greece Parkway three times, twice in the last 48 hours. Today I asked for the office manager and was told she wasn't available. Despite the (hollow) empathy of the women who have talked with me the last two days, either they or the office manager do not care one bit about providing the service they get paid to give. Once again, I did not get a return call from the office manager. Ineffective?Indifferent? Hard to know but the bottom line is I would strongly discourage anyone from using RRH Greece Parkway.

I have had some good providers and some not so good providers. I am currently seeing Jessica Noto NP and she is wonderful. So sweet, caring, and listens to all of my concerns. I have had issues that have been dismissed by a certain provider here and I am so happy I can schedule any appointments needed going forward with Jessica. Would highly recommend seeing her! The front desk has always been nice and helpful as well. I’ve had good experiences with all of the nurse care team. Just some PCP I would not recommend but luckily this office has a few providers to see if you don’t like one.
