RRH Diabetes & Endocrinology

Their prior auth team clearly does not do their job. I have waited a month for them to send in the information to my insurance. My insurance team has sent the office papers and faxes for them to fill out to make it easier, and they still have not. You can not get an actual person in the office to talk too. They just say they will send a message but the messages never get answered. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Very hard to find. Google currently takes you to an apartment on Alexander. This is incorrect. Look for a parking garage. The endocrinology department is on the second floor very close to the tunnel from the garage

I really hate how RRH sets up appointments with patients. If you have been seen within 3 years, then you are considered a new patient. Now, I have to wait 4 months out to be seen as a consultation appointment which in 30 minutes and have to wait some more for an actual appointment for and issue that I have already been seen for in the past. In other words, the issue I had before can be taken care of the same way as from one appointment. During my consultation appointment the doctor withh discuss my symptoms, ask my questions, and go over my ultrasound. Only to tell me I have to schedule another appointment for another biopsy. If there's an issue I will have to schedule yet another appointment. CAN WE JUST CUT TO THE CHASE AND MAKE THE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT COMBINED. I should have ma

The lack of communication with this healthcare center is unacceptable. Urgent requests and concerns seem to be ignored. It usually takes multiple phone calls and several days to make any connection to address any issues. They even ignore requests from my Wegmans pharmacy leaving the burden on the patient. I would NOT recommend using this center for your diabetes/ endocrine needs.

It’s crazy to me that this facility does not have more reviews, and positive ones at that. I’ve always had a great experience here. I switched over from my regular doctor managing my thyroid disease to Lorraine Medina and she is the first doctor I have felt like has treated me with respect and listened to what I have to say. She has communicated very well the past several years I’ve been seeing her and I wouldn’t ever want to go back or prefer anyone else. Most recently, my insurance no longer covered my thyroid medication, which sent me into a spiral. Luckily, I was able to connect with Andrianna and she was AMAZING. Stayed in touch with me every step of the way and moved the process along so incredibly quick. She called me prior to the weekend starting to let me know my insurance approve
