RRH Diabetes and Endocrinology

My husband has been seeing Dr Azeem which likes to prescribe alot of meds. He had an appointment today and he didn't want to hear my husband's concerns about the insulin he put him on about a yr ago after being off of all insulin for over a yr. Last I knew the Dr listens to the patient and doesn't say I will refer you back to your primary. Dr Azeem/ Azim has never looked at my husband's feet . I thought that was very important. He sits in front of his computer and prescribes pills/ injections and says see you in 4 months. Not a good Dr but supports big pharma.

Staff and Dr Heidi are amazing. I take care of my father who has dementia and 10% hearing,and the amount of Dr's that do not listen to me or ignore me like im not there, like I don't take care of his needs 100% is aggravating and annoying and im so glad I did not experience that here, thank you guys so much!!!

Not a well-managed practice. I have had 3 appointments scheduled with Doctor Rafia Zafar, there has not been 1 appointment I have not received a call requesting it be rescheduled because of the office error in scheduling. I can understand things come up and happen but three appointments in a very short a moment of time is excessive. Today received a call again to reschedule an appointment, the gentleman I spoke to was very nice about it, but he understood my frustration and offered to try to find a solution because he did see on my records the changes the office requested three times. He had another woman call I think the office manager she introduced herself as Heather. She was very rude and if she is the office manager I can see why the practice fails so badly at scheduling.
