Dr. Brodell was very nice and professional! Receptionists were awesome! Very pleasant.

Sonya or Sonia, a colored lady, the front office receptionist had such a nasty attitude. No hello, no smile, very unfriendly. Dr Xenias however had been my Dr in my younger days,and I couldn't say more positive reviews about him. He is very thorough. And I know he has no control over his office staff. And he cared for my mother for many many years also. Thank you Dr. Xenias

Dr. Xenias has been my family's dermatologist for years. He is very personable and takes his time with you. Sometimes he runs a little behind but it is because he looks over everything and everything you are concerned about. The nurses are very nice. I can understand some of the reviews saying how the receptionist can be rude. I find one in particular can be very short sometimes but I try to be kind to everyone as you never know what is going on. I don't think that is enough to give the Doctor himself one star. He is exceptional.

I called in to make an appointment as I had been referred by one of my specialist. The woman that answered the phone was very abrupt and almost emphatic about the fact that they do not take Medicaid but do take Medicare. I was then placed on hold only for her to return and say that they do not take my insurance at all even though I have both. It's hard enough to find the care that is needed. However, it would be very helpful if staff answering these calls would be more cordial and compassionate in their willingness to advise that certain insurances are not accepted.It would make the news a little easier to swallow.

The same thing just happened to me. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I had been a patient for many years. Having a flare up I wanted to make an appointment but abruptly told my insurance was not taken there. That's kind of stupid. At least offer an alternative, like allow the patient the option on paying out of pocket. I guess money is more important to them then the health of the patient.
