I’ve been with this dermo for roughly 12 years. The doctors and nurses over the years have been great. However, one of the receptionist was very rude to me early on in my treatment. I was in my early 20’s and lost insurance and she shouted out to the waiting room that I owed them money and would not get treatment. How embarrassing. I stayed with them because I loved the doctors. Now that they are combined with RGH, the service has declined. They are slow to get scripts filled, the doctors are not as confident. They called me to inform me that a procedure I had scheduled had to be canceled because RGH took over and the new doctors were not experienced in the procedure. I am attempting to locate the old doctor to switch providers.

Terrible office, waited 45 minutes and went to window to say did you forget about me. I got sorry want to reschedule. I was there for an hour only to reschedule. I know doctors get backed up but a little common courtesy would be nice for your patients. I was a new patient and won’t be going back. If you do not care about wasting your time for the day then go if you value your time, unlike the staff, then stay away.

I came here today and was hesitant about my appointment after reading the poor reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful, the nurses who assisted were very kind and the doctor was wonderful and informative. I had a mole removed for biopsy and the entire procedure was extremely quick and painless! I’m overall very pleased with the service I received.
