Rude receptionists. I had a receptionist close her window in my face today because I asked her what she had said. She was damn near whispering and looking at her computer the whole time, I couldn’t hear what she was saying. Nevermind that after she shut the window her and the guy that checked me in giggled at each other. Ridiculous. Dr.Ocon has been great but I will start going to the Greece location due to this being the newest in rude receptionists I’ve dealt with at this office.

Provider/doctor are late so alergy shots can't start. I picked this place because of its convenient location to my work but like clock work the providers are late and make the nurse giving the sit late , shots still have not started DISAPPOINTED.

Dr. Mustafa is amazing. He really listens to our concerns, and always discusses our options with us fully.

The people who you actually interact with are great, but the overall business is awful. It's impossible to get someone on the phone who knows what they're talking about, billing has no idea what's going on they'll just keep sending bills no matter what your account balance is, and whoever does the ordering of new syrems for the allergy shots sucks too. They're about to knock me back from monthly to weekly shots because they couldn't get my shots in in time. And I'm not convinced it's not intentional, I know they'd rather get paid for 4 shots per month than one.

Dr. Denise M. Sanchez-Tejera proudly boasts online about how she puts patients down and makes them feel little. Attached is one of her comments on Reddit. You should be ashamed and embarrassed Denise.
