Rowing on the Square

Adrien's space is beautiful, clean and you can row while looking at trees out the large windows. Makes winter training more tolerable! Signing up for classes was super easy through her website- she's super knowledgeable and has created a wonderful space.

As I am a somewhat seasoned masters rower, Adrien’s Brighton Burn Training was the exact program I had been looking for to help me prepare for and develop my rowing speed and endurance. Her pre-scheduled workouts were easy to follow, easy to manage, and provided me with a way to track my results and progress. As a rower looking to improve my split times and increase my cardio and physical endurance, Adrien’s program more than fulfilled my need. Not only did Adrien provide daily rowing workouts, she also included various strength training workouts, to include video demonstrations, separate but specific to rowing development. I highly recommend Adrien Reidy’s Rowing on the Square training program. The in-person classes lead by Adrien provide the type of knowledge based strategies that can take you to the next level of rowing. The Crew Lab app has provided additional support, workouts and accountability to keep the team moving forward. Will repeat next session.

Adrien is amazing! My overall assessment for rowing technique on the erg as well as in the boat was exactly what I needed finishing my season on the water & beginning my winter training.
