Excellent staff as soon as I walked in. This is my first visit. Dental Assistant Stephanie was very kind. I have a small mouth and she made dental X-rays comfortable! Dr. Austin Campbell DDS spoke in layman terms so I was able to understand upcoming procedures and why. And as I was finished, we were able to make all upcoming appointments and was shown all costs. Thank you all
Connie was fantastic. Her conversations kept me relaxed and she is very interesting. The cleaning was very thorough and she went above her duties to check out my concerns. I would highly recommend her.
I have been going here since we moved from VB, the staff is friendly and they know the correct way to bill your insurance, which is great. My last visit I was a little set back, the hygienist in the past has always applied a topical to my gums due to my sensitivity, this time, a new hygienist said it makes it to slippery for her to do the cleaning. So, this made my visit stressful, I feel you should want the patient to feel at ease. She did give me a good cleaning and was gentle, but I was stressed throughout the cleaning. Would definitely recommend.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Rocky Mount Family Dentistry. All the associates there were exceptionally friendly and informative. "Connie", was my hygienist! This lady was very knowledgeable and was forthcoming about her findings. I can honestly say, she was one of the best hygienist I have had in years. Very thorough in her practice. I asked a lot of questions and she kindly answered them all. I am 75 years of age, so I can sincerely say with the experiences I have had with dentist and there staff, this one is outstanding! My teeth feel "SOOOOOOO" clean!
The staff and dentist are all so friendly, professional, kind, and encouraging! The atmosphere is very laid back and peaceful. I love the scriptures on the wall and the Christian music or the oldies music they play! Love how gentle and communicative the assistants and dentists are! Great family dentist!
