Agenacare Housecalls

I took my five-year-old autistic daughter to get her checked for a respiratory infection which she did have. She wasn’t cooperating with something. One of the nurses was rolling her eyes and shaking her head when she was clearly upset and crying. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. But the doctor was very nice and very patient with my daughter. It’s nice to know at least there’s some good people there.

I normally love agena care but my recent visit a few days ago I went and had an earache, the doctor said “is this really why you are here” and yes my ear was really hurting! They said my ear looked fine and healthy and maybe had a pimple developing then asked me what I should do about that medication wise, I’m not a doctor so I’m unsure. They sent me home with nothing and next day I woke up and lost hearing in my ear and it was swollen shut, I then went to velocity care and they said I had an extreme outer ear infection (swimmers ear) like I thought I had. Which now was so painful I can’t move next, I can’t open mouth etc. normally I have a great experience at agena care but this time I was definitely let down and all this pain could’ve been avoided with a simple antibiotic drop.

Whitney is so professional and kind! She has treated me and my 2 year old and I have nothing but good things to say about both experiences. Her service is so convenient and helpful, especially as a mom with a little one at home. Being treated from the comfort of your own home is so much better than spending hours waiting at the Dr office exposed to more germs. Whitney treated us like family and even texted me after our appointments to check back in on how we were feeling. Our family highly recommends Agenacare and will definitely use Whitney in the future!

My son had been sick all night and I made an early morning appointment with Whitney at Agenacare. I wanted to avoid exposure to additional sickness at urgent care or the pediatrician. Whitney was very professional and thorough. She answered all my questions and has a great bedside manner with kids. She quickly sent in a prescription while she was with me. I received all the paperwork that evening to file with my insurance. When my son needed additional meds a few days later she was a quick text away and she called that in too. I would highly recommend her services. All the professionalism of the doctor’s office with none of the hassles!

I cannot say enough good things about Whitney and Agenacare! I made appointments for my mom and for an elderly family friend this past week & both were given with the utmost care & convenience to us. The follow up care was amazing, as well. Having this home service available has made both of their abilities to seek medical care so simple!
