I had a very bad toothache today and called the office at 4 o’clock. Not only did they work me in the same day they figured out the issue immediately. The customer service they provided me with goes above and beyond. They definitely help patients with the most excellent patient care anyone can provide! I highly recommend Franklin dental in Rocky Mount to anyone. It’s hard nowadays to find a good dentist with excellent customer service!

Dr. Roberts is great, really happy to have her as my dentist, and she has a great staff. If you are not pleased with her knowledge and service, then I would say that the problem is you.And Missy her hygienist is fantastic.

My almost 65 year old mother who has spent a fortune on bridges, crowns, caps and partials under the care of Dr. Clemens called on Friday in extreme pain needing one or two emergent extractions and was told the earliest she could be seen was in 2 weeks. As we speak my mother is in horrible pain which breaks my heart, and this dentist can not be bothered. With all the money she and my father (who is also a patient there) have spent here, this is extremely disappointing to say the least. Worst of all because only established patients can see a dentist in an emergency, she has been calling a dozen other practices and so far can not be seen until Tuesday at the earliest. Being a new patient at Franklin Dental Associates, I must say that I am very pleased with Dr. Richardson. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring in her approach to dental care.

Dr. Ford was the best so miss this woman. Explained everything to the "T" Helpful and did what was needed for the community. Not greedy at all very understand and helpful. Took all kinds of medical. The staff was Grade A. End of this one.
