Always busy but get to you quick as they can. Very friendly.

They’ve really impressed me lately compared to say 4 years ago. The staff are all very kind and helpful. Prescriptions filled very fast and their new text and email notifications are instant… not lagged like you sometimes get. I especially like getting notified that the Dr has called in the script so I’ll know it’s in progress.

Pharmacy not willing to help. Needed a script changed, according to them. They did not call the doctor. For two days. We needed medication for issue immediately. Turns out. We did not need a script change..it could have been handled in store. Our loved one, could have received the much needed prescription two days earlier. This has been very stressful.

There is a reason people get sick and spread sickness. When you confirm with people their meds are ready and they wait in a ridiculous long line to only find out they haven’t even started filling their script and have no clue how much it is going to cost. I guess Kroger is ok with people standing sick in a line coughing over and over again. Do not confirm with someone that their meds are finished unless they are. I would give 0 stars if I could this place is a joke and a Covid spreading grounds

They tell you at noon a prescription will be ready later, come in at 7:30pm and they have none in stock of what you need, or were told would be there. Then send you on a wild goose chase to CVS and Walmart to have them fill your prescription. The funny thing, they don’t call for you or tell you dosage, how frequent to take it or anything important. Horrible pharmacy and waste of time if you want to actually get your meds.
