Dr. Carbone has been a tremendous help in managing my heel pain. His engaging banter and bedside manner put me at ease creating a comfortable environment to discuss my concerns. I recognize and value his expertise and I'm happy I was referred to him. The staff are so helpful, and I'm greeted by name when I approach the window. A small office with a personal touch. I highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to Dr. Joe Carbone in Florida from the brother of a pro golfer. He told me about how Dr. Carbone cured the pain in his big toe with a minimally invasive surgery. I booked the appointment right then and there. After being told the only solution for me was to fuse my toe I was excited to hear about other options. I traveled from Boston to Rochester to meet with the good Dr. that I nicked named "Joe the Toe". I am so happy to hear that there are other options for me. I had plantar fasciitis and the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk at all. Dr. Carbone fitted me with orthos inserts for my shoes and after an initial steroid shot kept up with the ortho inserts every day. It changed my life. I am pain-free now. I must wear my orthos all the time because if I don’t pain temporally comes back. Wearing orthos instead of having surgery is a no brainer. Best decision I ever made. Thank you Dr Joe Carbone.

10/10 would recommend. The office itself is small, but this practice delivers BIG on personality, customer service & scheduling. I thought I had a major problem in my foot, but Dr. Carbone reassured me that everything was going to be OK and to just follow the plan that he provided. I had no problem scheduling an appointment, as they fit me in between existing appointments since I was very concerned. I got there early to do paperwork, which was pretty quick, and I was brought to my room five minutes before my appointment scheduled time, and Dr. walked in right on time.
