Rochester Clinical Research, LLC

Had my initial appointment for participation in my THIRD Rochester Clinical Research, LLC study. My previous experiences were fantastic. But this one started off very badly. I was to expect a 2-hour appointment time and was to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. I finished the paperwork quite quickly and waited another 25 minutes before being called 15 minutes late. I actually saw Ashley come back into the building after my appointment time. So yes, Ashley finally called me in. Started out well, until the appointment started to take longer than expected. Very long waiting times in the exam room. All the staff members are professional, efficient and kind.The nurses are easy to connect with. Great experience!

The staff is wonderful. They are always very friendly, efficient, and professional. I am always in and out very quickly, and on time or even ahead of schedule. The facility is very clean and bright, with ample parking and easy access. But it all comes back to the staff. They are terrific.
