I am very pleased with the overall quality of care that my grandmother receives. The place is kept nice and clean and it seems that the staff really care for their residents. Although, due to recent circumstances, I haven't been able to visit, I know that she is well taken care of. The staff and administration have constantly been in contact with myself giving weekly updates as to her well-being. Seeing how my grandmother seems to be so happy here I would definitely recommend visiting to get the feeling of the rich caring atmosphere for yourself.

Outstanding appointment with Clear Choice Hearing & Balance. Dr. Kristen Veau was clear and concise in explaining each segment of the test and its outcomes. I was really impressed with the service and how thorough the examination was, not only did they test for hearing loss, but cognitive function of your brain. The place is disgusting. The entire third floor when I visited reeked of urine. When I called the administrator and they called me back, they said they would let housekeeping know. This is no way a one time event. The odor that was there is from months of neglect, not a single missed cleaning. I’m sure some of the staff there are doing their best, but overall this place needs to shut down ASAP so that residents can get the treatment they deserve.

My Dad almost died there. They weren't giving him his meds and they lied about him being fed and a dirty cathedral which led to a UTI. Never had him ready for a doc appt either. We went on spectrum news to blow them in and should have sued them. Do not bring you loved ones here!

Facility smells like pee soon as u get off the elevator. Staff wearing bonnets on shift. Residents closet doors not painted and peeling. Food trays sitting in the room after 8pm. It was a mess.
