Alex provides a really unique and wonderful massage experience. He seems to really tune in to muscles, joints, and skeleton and listens to the body rather than doing a set of prescribed motions. I love the supported stretches and always leave feeling more comfortable and mobile. He is willing to take the time to explain what he’s doing and noticing, and to give recommendations to practice at home. He’s also easy to communicate with for scheduling. Highly recommend!
