Rite Aid Pharmacy

This is a great pharmacy--we generally only use Rite Aid for prescriptions, but they've got a decent selection of other items for convenience. Obviously the prices and overall selection aren't going to be as good as Wegmans, but sometimes you're there and you need milk, you know? The pharmacy assistants are usually nice, but the Pharmacist is AWESOME. Whenever there's an issue or a question, I always get the sense that he really cares and wants to help and wants to make sure that I understand and am satisfied with the answers. I really appreciate that!

Management follows customers around and asked my father a 62 year old man who asked to use the bathroom if he had concealed any items in his jacket! I am completely appalled at the lack of empathy shown by the one female in the store, tall, skinny, mid to late 30's short dirty blonde hair Becky//Beth I don't remember... he has been battling cancer for the last 9 months and is constantly COLD due to his chemo and radiation treatments!! She asked him why he would wear such a heavy sweater and jacket on such a hot day. Can't even believe it!!! After he served in the military for 25 years, this is how you treat veterans?!?! This is the worst rite aid as far as management.. Not helpful with no demonstration of customer service.. Employees on the other hand are very pleasant and helpful..I will never return to this store😡

Friendly staff. Well stocked store. Great pharmacy.

The associates keep the store well organized and clean.
