This visit, like all of the previous ones at Family Foot and Ankle Specialists, was one of the best medical appointments that I have experienced. Even though I arrived early, I was immediately place in an exam room and an assistant took the required information. Dr. Charney arrived within a minute or two and as always, her demeanor was very pleasant and friendly, yet still professional. We chatted as she performed the procedure and when finished, she explained the follow-up procedures and I was ready to leave. Dr. Charney is the best. I would definitely recommend this practice. One of the best experiences I have had with Physicians Office in a long time. The front desk staff were pleasant from setting an appointment to checking me in upon arrival. Dr. Mujkic has a wonderful bedside manner, she took time explaining my issue and it did not feel rushed. I feel confident her in diagnosis and recommendations and will definitely return to see her if needed.

Had my initial appointment with Dr Mendelsohn. The office was easy to find, the person working the front desk was beyond friendly and helpful, and the Dr. apt itself was perfect. Not that I’m qualified to rate a doctor (always seems strange to review doctors like restaurants…), but he solved my issue, he made me feel comfortable while I was a bit nervous, and he made the experience both easy and quick, and my issue is already better.

My daughter strained her ankle dancing. We met with Dr. Mujkic at USFAS for an evaluation. She is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened attentively to my daughter explain her injury. Very encouraging about the diagnosis and treatment for positive recovery. The staff are professional and helpful. The office atmosphere welcoming. We felt at ease and in good hands.
