I had an excellent experience! I was a new patient with a broken molar and needed a check-up that wasn’t urgent but definitely time-sensitive. I was in a chair with my mouth wide open within 48 hours. The administrative and reception staff were very helpful, warm, and welcoming. Kelly was an excellent hygienist—warm, courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Dr. Vu was equally superb: he gave me a handshake at introduction, easily answered any questions I had, and made sure I didn’t have any lingering questions before he left. It’s always a welcome surprise when a new dental office checks all the boxes. I’d give it 10/10 across the board—the office location is conveniently located, and it’s clean as a whistle. Highly recommended.

I'm a BIG baby when it comes to dentists but Dr Byars and all the staff instantly made me feel at ease, listened to my concerns, and gave me the very best care (two botched crowns from another office fell out, plus a deep cleaning). At 61 years old, it's great to finally find a dentist I trust. Highly recommended!

My fist appointment at VIP dental and I was very impressed by professionalism of the dentist. They have highly qualified staff, who listens and do what needs to be done. They do not try to sell you anything you do not need. I will be back to them and bring my family too. Highly recommend. My dentist was Leah and I am very thankful for her help with my visit.

First time with VIP. I enjoyed how friendly the office environment was and staff all working together. Felt like a good family taking care of one and other. Kelly was my hygienist and did a very thorough job in detailing my old pearly whites ha ha. I look forward to meeting the others in my future appointments. Great experience with Dr Byars! She did an incredible job. All the staff from the front desk to the dental assistant were very professional and welcoming. Truly an amazing team.
