Although nobody wants to get their wisdom teeth out at 35, Loudoun Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery made it the absolute best experience possible. Dr. Dorsch is incredible for so many reasons — his reassuring bedside manner, his impressive skill (I had no swelling!), and his truly unmatched availability. He checked in on me the evening of surgery, took my call on a holiday weekend, and even met me in the office on a holiday weekend to address severe pain and numbness and prescribe an additional medication. That level of care is extraordinary. A HUGE shoutout to Serone, who is the most amazing, calming, and healing presence. She went the extra mile to check in on me and make sure I was comfortable and supported throughout the process. I truly could not recommend this practice more highly.

Not only is the front office staff pleasant and patient with our questions, the surgical staff is amazing. Clinical staff Hannah and Michael did so much to put me at ease and answer all of my questions. This is exactly what you want from your staff to make your patients feel comfortable.

I had a very complex and long process to getting an implant, which included extractions and a bone graft, and Dr. Bluhm and his staff were so incredible that I’m almost sad I’ve “graduated.” The surgeries went smoothly, I felt very cared for and in good hands during, and he called to check up on me after. He is excellent at what he does and is professional, kind and calm, answered my questions patiently, and never rushed me. The dental assistants were all very kind and personable, the front desk and billing staff detailed and easy to communicate with. Honestly cannot recommend Dr Bluhm and his practice enough. 10/10.

I had a dental procedure performed by Dr Dorsch. The scheduling was easy. All the billing was thoroughly explained to me. The procedure day went smoothly. Where they really stood out for me was afterwards. I had some challenges. I called in and they immediately adjusted my meds. Then when I needed more help, they brought me in on the spot - 25 minutes after I called. Special shout out to Ashley for being kind and understanding every time I called.
