My partner received excellent work for his braces and recommended I go for a consultation. Dr. Kravitz was very honest that I only needed minor adjustments and offered to do the work for free! We were referred to him after a traumatic experience at our daughter’s dentist, where an adult molar was mistakenly pulled instead of the baby tooth that needed extraction. In today’s busy medical world, where patients often feel like just a number, Dr. Kravitz and his team stand out for making you feel truly seen and heard. We hit an unpleasant bump in the road during my son’s orthodontic journey, not because of Dr. Kravitz, but due to a separate procedure he had to undergo with another provider before continuing treatment. The experience was awful. I reached out to Dr. Kravitz’s team to share what had happened, not expecting much of a response.
