Taylor (RN) and Dr Holt (Ryan) are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do and their clientele. Go for the consult/services, and stay for the vibes! It’s hard not to spend time in there! They also have great yoga / Pilates classes 😍 run by Sam and Lexi who are just as awesome! One way or another, this place will positively influence your body, mind and soul. ☺️🙏🏼

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Refresh Holistic Medicine with IV Therapy. Taylor was very knowlegable about all of the iv cocktails they offer. She educated me on the vitamins in each cocktail, the health benefits from the vitamins, and gave me recommendations upon my health goals. I went with the Myers cocktail with Taurine. My energy level has been elevated, my attention span has increased, and I feel much better because I don't feel like I am totally hydrated just by drinking a whole bunch of water. I am going to try to make an appointment at least once a month going forward. Taylor is smart, friendly, and made this a great experience. I highly recommend

Heal yourself from the inside. I visited Refresh for the first time in January and I have gone approx 8 times within the last 6 months. I truly feel a difference when I leave the office. I prefer the immunity or performance blend. Taylor has been so helpful when I first went in. I had no idea what my body needed and taylor made suggestion. I highly recommend adding IV treatments as a routine. It is getting harder and harder to take in all of the nutrients we need from our food. I especially like knowing that the blend is adding key nutrients into my body without adding any extra junk. I love Refresh!!!! The IVs ❤️, so many different combinations. Improve cognitive function, lose weight, regain energy, and so much more. You also get to relax on comfy massage chairs while you are there and listen to music. The NAD+ IV infusion was my favorite and offers so many benefits. MICC injections, red light therapy, and acupuncture are a few more services I can’t get enough of. Not to mention Ryan and Taylor are pretty cool to hang out with and are so knowledgeable about the products. And while you’re there don’t forget to ask about the membership, you get discounts on everything. It’s also more fun with friends.

The IV fluid therapy was so needed! I was having a few days of having a difficult time getting fluids in. I sent a message to the team and they responded back right away! They got me in as soon as I wanted and genuinely cared about helping me feel better. I felt so much better throughout that day. So grateful for their responsiveness and services!
