You can't reach the main number. You can't reach the director's office without them hiding behind answering machine or leave a message. And when you are handicapped and do not drive and you miss an appointment and they refuse you to use your facility because they say you missed too many appointments is unconstitutional

The follow-up I had with my surgeons colleague wasn't acceptable. His nurse didn't seem to want to change my dressing. I left there with 1 strip of tape over the top edge of a dressing my girlfriend gave me. I have another follow-up with my surgeon soon, I'm sure it'll be better.

It's difficult to feel your care is really a priority, when the health care provider is rushed through a visit. I felt like a number instead of a person. Staff is short, I understand, but to throw people into a fix to cover for the loss of employees is hard to swallow. Lack of communication 😒 , even with the pharmacy there. Could pick up the vibes of frustration in the employees. No wonder my BP was high. Then to hear the provider is done at the end of the year, hurts...now to look for another provider. The exam room was dirty and so need of repairs. Litter on the floor, foot rest on exam table filthy, dust all over. Refridgeration units not working, and didn't know if a vaccine would be available. Sad. I have not found this at the hospital level and feel the Florence Clinic is being neg

Had a trigger finger done by Dr Venditti in her office. So much easier than several years ago with the full arm block. Dr Venditti was very professional and put me at ease. Will need to have one done on the other hand soon. Will be going back to Dr Venditti. I recommend her highly.

Everyone has been wonderful thru the cancer center. They could have better chairs in the chemo chairs tho!🫤 Will be wonderful to have a new state of the art cancer center. Tremendous services for a small area!👏😁
