Raley's Pharmacy

5 stars for the technician working the morning of 9/20/2024. Despite being very busy they were very kind and went above and beyond to help me and others. We just moved to the area and will certainly be back for our pharmacy needs!

I have used this pharmacy for years and have been very happy with them. The customer service in the store is always very good for me. My issue of late is that it is extremely difficult to talk with someone on the phone. The line is either busy or I get put on hold with loud music playing and after 15 minutes I give up. This issue has been constant for about a year. It's easier to drive to raley's and talk to them in person than reach them on the phone ... not good.

Website say closed 130-2 1:27 closed gates in my face not back until 2:15. Employees decided to argue with me saying it wasn't until 130 that they closed the gates when I was literally on my phone looking at the time. Probably going to switch pharmacies

Dismayed at the lack of courtesy and competence shown. Sorry I chose this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. Younger staff would benefit from customer service training.

They actually answer the phone here!
