Sutter Urgent Care

Hospitality, skilled care and follow-up is what I had at my recent visit! I was fortunate not to have to wait very long…the staff from reception to a skilled and friendly Doctor, were amazing! Anytime I can skip going to the hospital and still receive the best care, is great with me! Shout out to the whole team! Thank you all!

Absolute best experience in a comfortable, modern office. Check-in is easy. My NP was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in treating my flu. If one can call in first to ascertain the wait time is advisable; it can get busy.

Speedy. Checked in and waited 5ish minutes for a room. Then once inside the room I waited about 10 minutes for the NP. He was super kind, patient and warm. Was able to update my inhaler prescription and get some eye drops that I had before but couldn’t remember the name. We both spent some time on my chart looking for the name. He wasn’t irritated or impatient about it which I greatly appreciated it. At first he wasn’t going to prescribe eye-drops but once I asked for them he was very willingly to find an appropriate medication (the one I had prior). I appreciate medical staff not jumping to prescribe a medication quickly and I also appreciated him being open and receptive to my request of eye drops. Thank you Cyrus Sedagatnia

The Google reviews do not match the reality of this location. I’ve gone multiple times after work around 5:00 PM and each time was quoted or experienced 4+ hour wait times, despite this being labeled “urgent care” Front desk staff confirmed there is only one provider, which makes it essentially impossible for working professionals to be seen. Being “open” until 8 is meaningless if patients arriving at 5 are still waiting well past closing. If you have a flexible schedule or can come earlier in the day, maybe this works. If you work standard office hours, don’t bother. This is not an urgent care experience, and the expectations set by online reviews are misleading.

My experience at Urgent Care in Rohnert Park was great. Fast, efficient, and complete. From the medical assistant and ultrasound tech to the MD, my concern was addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The Sutter Care Center in Rohnert Park is a real asset to Sutter Health’s facilities in the North Bay.
