I absolutely love this dentist and his staff! I had been searching for a good dentist who accepts my Medicare insurance, and I’m so glad I found them. I usually have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist—but not here! Everyone is kind, friendly, informative, professional, and excellent at what they do. From the moment you walk in and are greeted at the front desk, to the assistant, and finally to the doctor, the entire experience is wonderful. I came in for a crown as the final step in my implant process. Shawna did a perfect job matching the shade of my teeth, and the doctor was incredibly thorough in fitting the final crown—it’s absolute perfection. I couldn’t be happier! A++++

Five Stars for Dr Chiang's expertise and dexterity. Negative stars for some of the other things during procedures. My family went to Dr Chiang for years before moving out of the area. I recently moved back to Santa Rosa and found the constant chatting between Dr Chiang and his assistants - mere inches from my mouth held wide open by splints - to be unnerving. I find it shocking, bizarre, and unprofessional that while drilling in your mouth, Dr. Chiang and his assistants socialize nonstop about all sorts of personal things—from what they're watching on TV to sports, gyms, pets, kids, etc. Casual chat might be fine with some tasks, but not when performing delicate procedures such as drilling. I've unfortunately have had a lot of experience with getting dental work done, and I've have had several dentists over the years, so I can say with confidence that Dr. Chiang is far and away the best dentist I've ever had. The whole staff here is really fantastic, and Dr. Chiang is extremely skilled, compassionate, and has NEVER tried to push work that wasn't necessary (I've two Dentists that I've left because they constantly tried to push work that was unnecessary, i.e. every filling should be a crown, pushing cosmetic work, selling products, etc.). Dr. Chiang is exactly what you want your Dentist to be, and I hope to be a client for many years to come.

Dr. Chiang helped repair one of my lower incisors that I had accidentally chipped at work and he did such an incredible job! I had started to feel self conscious staring in the mirror every day missing my old familiar smile and I am beyond happy with the repair results. He matched the color and shape perfectly, offered numbing if I felt like it’d make me more comfortable (p.s. it was not painful one bit, score!), recommended to reach out if there was anything that may need tweaking and overall had made my whole experience and visit a wonderful one (as did the rest of the staff both front and back of house!).
