Dr. Franklin and his new assistant were excellent, as is usual for my appointments with him. I want to let him know that what he said at the end of my visit is like a revelation and probably my problem - at this time. I believe this may be the result of a PA with my ENT practice pushing on my jaw until it popped 20 years ago, trying to prove I had tmj at that time. I will now try the mouth guard I have from Dr. Billington again along with heat, etc and see if that helps before I get an appointment with the practice Dr Franklin recommends. I feel very hopeful - thank you Dr. Franklin!

The entire staff here was wonderful! So friendly and nice. They were kind enough to schedule me for a visit to have a crown cemented when I couldn’t find an appointment anywhere. I will continue to use them as my dental office going forward. I recommend them very highly.

I am a new patient of Queensbury Family Dentistry. Being a total tech geek, I must tell you that this is the most advanced dentist office I have been to. Until today, I have never seen a photo scan of my entire set of teeth. I'm not talking about the panoramic X-ray. They had a device that performed a 360 degree rendered photographic scan of all of my teeth! It shines a bright light into your mouth while using some kind of a camera sensor to generate an interior photo of your mouth in high definition. Of course they had all the standard X-ray equipment as well. Sarah was my hygienist and she was wonderful. They chronicled all the work that had ever been done on my teeth and performed a deep cleaning. I have sensitive gums but never tasted blood the entire time. These guys are gre

This was my first visit. Dr Franklin was very nice, & seemed knowledgeable. The exam rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was kind & very professional. I look forward to going back to begin my treatment. My only concern, is it is lacking a button to press for easy opening of their entry doors. It’s difficult if you’re by your self and in a wheelchair. When I questioned this, I was told, by staff it’s an old building & yet to be remodeled. Which is why I removed two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a five star visit. Update: I’ve been to the office four times. Dr. Franklin & his staff are exceptional. I get there ten minutes early. Had the very best dental checkup of my life at Queensbury Family Dentistry on January 5th, 2026. I have a head tremor which can make it very difficult for any hygienist or dentist, but they were extremely accommodating and positive. Great facility and equipment, but it was the positive attitude and professionalism of everyone there that made this an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
