This was my first time with the practice. Maddie was very kind and explained every procedure. Very professional. I liked that Dr Sandu pulled her mask down when she introduced herself. Very professional and friendly. I felt relaxed and comfortable with staff. Colleen was a very friendly and helpful at front desk.

Suddenly lost a filling and a portion of a molar . Called Colleen . Very helpful . “We’ll see what we can do” . Not too long later was called back. An appointment for the next day! WOW! Dr. Sandu and Joanne were going to work through their lunchtime to fix my tooth. Following day, a quick, efficient and excellent job repairing my molar. I really appreciate the accommodation by this office , personnel and Dr. Sandu . Music , friendly , caring atmosphere included.

I got my teeth cleaned today with Gina and saw Dr. Sandu. Very nice and good experience! I usually see Dr. C in the same office, and have had lots of great work done by him over the last 2 years. Excellent front desk folk and they are great about making sure costs are known up front. I'm currently choosing a new Medicare plan for the new yr making sure they are in network because I can't see seeing anyone else. Best I've ever had hands down for services that aren't fun. 💓

This was my first visit to Dr. Sandu. And I must say everyone there was wonderful. From the 2 ladies at the front desk and my hygienist Mattie! Mattie explained the steps she was going to take since this was my first visit and Dr. Sandu saw me after and reviewed my x-ray with me and some steps that may be needed in the future. Everyone was so nice and professional!

My journey started here about 3 months ago when I was in dire need of finding a dentist. I took my chance with this dentist and boy am I glad I did. They are the best around extremely professional very friendly.
