I have not personally been a patient, but have handled 2 family members extractions through this office. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Both my son and father healed fast from their surgeries and my father had many teeth pulled for dentures, and not a single problem to speak of! The office waiting area and operating rooms are very clean, parking is very convenient, and I will absolutely go here myself when I inevitably will need my own extractions. This office is a breath of fresh of air. Kudos to the staff and surgeons. You have my referral :)

I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire team and Dr Kelling. I needed both extractions and dental implants, but Dr. Kelling and the team made the whole process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. What stood out the most was their ability to do both the extractions and implants on the same day—something I didn’t think would be possible! The procedure itself took time but, and the level of care and attention the team gave me during the process was exceptional. They made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Kelling is professional, compassionate and caring. I had an extremely painful cracked molar with deep and curved roots that needed to be pulled. During the procedure Dr. Kelling went out of his way to make sure that I was never in pain. Having issues with your teeth is never something anyone wants to go through, but if you do Northeast Surgical Specialists is the ONLY place you should go. Dr. Kelling and the staff were simply outstanding!

Very disappointed in the care received today from Dr. Clarkner and the response calling the after hours on call line. I called very shortly after the appointment complaining of sharp pain in my jaw muscle radiating up to my ear. Was told the local anesthesia they used would last only 1-2 hours, was probably starting to wear off. Face still totally numb. Advised to go home, take advil. Did that, took a 5 hour nap, and woke up with the same pain. Pain, ok fine, but my face didn’t have complete sensation back so now I was nervous. Called the on call number, was told to call back if I didn’t hear anything in 15 minutes. 3 call backs/45 minutes later I received a call from Dr Clarkner. I explained and he mentioned that this was not a normal place to have pain. I asked what to do. Got a “yeah…

I have dealt with this practice in Saratoga several,times. The result was always great, attentive staff, everything explained well, great care.,this visit was my husband and in queensbury. We waited almost an hour due to,office staff missing registering us, understaffed and we were not happy at all.just no,excuse. Once we were seen, all,was fine, but the reception area needs help for sure.
