The staff was very friendly and the tests were quick yet thorough. They did not force a sale upon me and allowed me to make up my own mind after a three week demo model tryout. Will definitely return in a couple years for a test and will recommend anyone needing assistance with their hearing problems to give Center for Better Hearing a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

I have had experience with both Meredith and Cara. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable , professional and very helpful! They take the time to explain things clearly and to offer assistance with practical issues related to using hearing aids (using the app; cleaning the hearing aids, etc.) The other staff in the office are also very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Center for Better Hearing for your hearing needs.

I had my second annual exam today. The exam was very complete, but neither tedious nor difficult to understand. Meredith explained that little had changed since last year; I don't need hearing aids and I don't need another appointment until 2027. We discussed my tinnitus and Meredith made several suggestions to control it better. In total a very helpful visit.

While I was - am - a reluctant patient and hated to think I had to have hearing aids, I finally made an appointment. My wife has had her hearing aids for 3 years and I held back. From the moment I entered the office I was treated very professionally. Dr. Susan was wonderful to work with and help fit me with a quality pair of hearing aids. She took her time explaining how they work and what I could expect after I purchased the hearing aids. I highly recommend the Center for Better Hearing. My hearing aids fit nicely and I am quickly getting use to wearing them. I am most surprised in how much I was missing and now I am hearing. I did purchase a top of the line hearing aid which seems to be worth the money.

Susan did a very good job of testing and explaining My hearing health. Also set me up with comfortable hearing aids. I would recommend highly.
