1st Advantage Dental Queensbury US 9

I was a first-time patient there because I recently moved in the area. I had to go from a regular cleaning and of course they had to do all the x-rays as a new patient. It was pretty quick and everyone was very friendly and also the cleaning was painless. Nicole was very good.

The appointment scheduler did an amazing job finding a much earlier appointment. Once being treated the dental hygienist was terrific. She explained everything that she was going to do. I was prepared, therefore had no anxiety. Excellent care was administered.

I have had two different Dental Hygienists, both were excellent. The friendliness of the Dentist could be a little better. I don't doubt his competence but as a new patient I would have liked to feel more welcome. My initial experience with 1st Advantage was marginal however. I was told in a dismissive tone that my insurance was not taken. I made an appt anyway as my primary care physician recommended them. Quite accidentally, I later learned that my insurance was indeed accepted. I contacted the office. Fortunately I got a different person at the desk who assured me they would put through the insurance claim and reimburse me for the several hundred dollars I had paid when the funds came through, which they did. I was lucky we were still within the window to file a dental claim with UHC

This was my first visit to 1st Advantage… and everyone was excellent! Our previous dentist who we had gone to for over 25 years no longer took our insurance. We were so happy to have found 1st Advantage for our family. Thanks so much Gregg !!!

This was my first visit at 1st Advantage Dental clinic in Queensbury. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I was treated in a friendly manner. Dr. Natal is a very friendly and funny fellow. He has a professional and caring attitude towards his patient (me). His assistant was very informative showing me and explaining the x-rays and what I should expect. The financial part of the visit was explained to me by the receptionist and I received copies of pertinent paperwork regarding my visit. In all, it was a pleasant experience.
