This was one of the best dental experiences I have had. From the initial phone call for scheduling to the first introduction, the staff was authentically friendly and welcoming. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist, and surprisingly enough I was so relaxed! Olivia and Mindi were great with building rapport. They made me feel like I was out with the girls. Dr. Ali was amazing as well. Broke down what he was looking at and thoroughly explained the procedure. If they provided regular dental services, I would have switched providers immediately. The office is very clean and pleasant. The front desk was great. She was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. The dr and assistants were exceptional. They treated me with respect, professionalism, and were very detailed about my upcoming procedure and put all my nerves at ease. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here and had a really good experience. During my consultation, Dr. Ali and the team explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable going into the procedure. I had my procedure on January 22nd, and they followed up a couple of days later to check on me, which I really appreciated. It’s been a week now, and I’m healing well.
