Premier Health Urgent Care - Piqua

I brought my wife into urgent care to have her elbow checked and x rayed after falling this morning. The staff really didn't want to help us due to not having access to in-house imaging. There is imaging across the hall but it's another company. They talked us into going to Troy's urgent care because they have imaging and said they would call down and get an appointment. We left and went to Troy's Urgent care. Walked in and was lectured by the lady at the desk that The Piqua Urgent Care cannot send us down without an appointment. They also said there were no appts for another 4 hrs. I was unaware that urgent care was by appointment only. I am not sure what goes on at either location but with empty waiting rooms and staff that turns away customers it seems like a poor business model.

Traveling from out of state and needed a place to quickly be seen. We were in and out and on the road in a timely manner. The staff was very nice and the facility was extremely clean. Would highly recommend!

We unfortunately had to visit late Saturday, my son fell and had a decent laceration. I can’t say enough kind words in regards to the provider and assistant who helped us Saturday. They were truly phenomenal and such a blessing to help us through a not fun injury. I’m hopeful to not have to return, however if needed I willgo here in the future and hope provider Brady is working. Many thanks to you!

Never able to get seen no one to talk to. People you do see say they cannot help you and to scan a qr code that dont work

We booked an appointment and were seen within minutes of walking in for our selected time. Ty Raterman was wonderful with my son; you would never know he is not a pediatrician, as he has excellent bedside manner and patience. Ty explained everything he was doing, answered all questions thoroughly, and discussed the medication options available. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
