Jacks Oral Surgery & Dental Implants

Customer service is lacking. Called to schedule a consultation, the lady was not pleasant. Gave me a hard time because she didn’t have a referral for me. I explained to her that I was given one at my dentist’s office that it had a couple options I could choose from. She scheduled me an appointment (seemed to be reluctant to do it) instructing me to bring in my referral. I missed my appointment due to a few different circumstances. 100% my fault I admitted that on the phone, apologized. Only to be put on hold for a while for her to come back and tell me it was a policy that once I missed 1 appointment they wouldn’t take me. It is not my common practice to miss appointments. A simple call to my regular dentist would tell them that. She was pleasant when she told me she wouldn’t reschedule me

Staff is super nice and friendly! I was nervous to meet Dr. Jacks but as soon as he came in the nervousness went away. He talked to me the entire time and was very nice and down to earth. My tooth extraction was very quick and I didn't even know he was done. 2 days later I still have almost no pain whatsoever. I will definitely being going back for any future needs and will be scheduling my son for his wisdom teeth soon.

Jacks Oral Surgery for the win! I had three wisdom teeth removed just this morning and I'm already back to feeling well enough to leave a stellar review. Dr. Jacks is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor who made me feel safe and confident in his care - he also kept me laughing which is a plus in these situations. Great doctor and amazing man he is! But I can't forget the nursing and office staff at his practice either - most kind, caring, compassionate group of ladies I've ever worked with for my dental care. I have so much appreciation for everyone here and how awesome they are at their jobs and as human beings. 10/10 recommend, for sure!

My experience with Dr. Jacks far exceeded the expectations. Two wisdom teeth pulled & the procedure went as professional as one could hope. I felt nothing & remember nothing (regarding the extractions) just as I’d desired. The entire staff was outstanding.

Dr. Jacks did amazing. My appointment was at 11:15 this morning and it’s now 4 o’clock and I’m feeling good. My swelling is already going down. As I came into the office I was very nervous as anyone else would be, and Dr. Jacks talked to me the whole time and I think we were mid conversation when I went to sleep. I woke up in recovery and Julie was in there talking to me. She’s so nice! All the staff are very nice!! Very impressed with this place and i definitely recommend to anyone needing their wisdom teeth taken out.
