Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health

I had a great first experience at Hometown Urgent Care in Piqua! Kristina was fantastic when I checked in! Andrèa did an amazing job getting me all ready for my visit with Michelle the NP. Michelle was thorough and explain everything to me and I was out of there at a good time. All the staff is great! Couldn’t have felt more comfortable and taken care of.

Being able to schedule appt online and to fill all the usual paperwork out online was great. The staff nurses and nurse practioner were friendly and professional. The medical exam and testing was thorough. The nurse practioner seemed very knowledgeable. Overall a positive experience Update: unfortunately the nurse practitioner was way off on what my health issue was....but he was thorough with the things urgent cares can deal with (testing for covid, strep, flu etc)..

Everyone is so friendly & caring, everytime we visit with my kids. Nate is an amazing doctor and listens to what i think first. & the nurse Amanda & front lady Andrea are amazing 10/10 from those ladies! always! I prefer them over the kids doctors office most of the time!

I visited Hometown Urgent Care for an emergency (not something I needed the ER for) healthcare need and was greeted with warmth and kindness by Mallory. We had a casual conversation before I was taken back, and before I knew it, I was called back almost immediately. Mallory promptly gathered the necessary information for Kristina, the PA on staff, and offered me water before Kristina came in. Once again, I was met with kindness and compassion. She provided the care I needed and even offered me a valuable recommendation. The waiting room and patient rooms are always spotlessly clean, and I appreciate the coffee they offer. Overall, it’s a great experience, especially when you’re not feeling well. Thank you, Mallory, Kristina, and Miranda.
