I have had several medical massages from Joseph in the past few months. He was very welcoming from day one. He asked me questions to find out if there were any specific areas I was having more issues with than others. He then explained what his plan was going to be for that session. As he worked each group of muscles he explained what he found with them. Any and all questions were answered, before, during, and after the massage. When the session was finished we went over how I felt, how my muscles responded to the therapy, and his opinion on future sessions. I have been going to Joe for about a year (roughly once a month) and Joe has been extremely professional during our sessions. He asks about problem areas and keeps track of them for future reference. He spends extra time on the problem areas, adjusts his tactics/routine to accommodate those areas.
