Cassidy J took me in last minute and was beyond kind, patient, and reassuring. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel calm and cared for. She explained everything clearly, was so gentle, and genuinely made a stressful situation feel manageable. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a provider this sweet and compassionate. It wasn't the initial waiting time that bothered me, it was the amount of time I spent in the examination room alone, the knowledge that I could hear conversations outside the door and walls (zero privacy), and the way I was handed the discharge instructions without any explanation (or answer to the question I asked the NP before she left the room). And, let me point out that no one went over my medication list with me, so 99% of what's there is wrong, yet twice on that form it claims to be accurate. The receptionist was personable and funny, though. I won't be back.

Amanda who worked the front desk 10-26-25 was very hospitable and set the tone for my visit. NP Scandrick did a great job of of caring for my medical needs and educating me about living with Diabetes. She told me about Diabetic Shoes and there importance. Thank you.

The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful, not just with me but everyone she seemed to interact with. An elderly man that was hard of hearing asked her to repeat herself and she all but yelled at him. Very unprofessional. If that was my grandpa, I would not be happy

It was for my daughter’s foot injury and they were very professional. It would’ve been five stars. If we didn’t have to wait almost an hour and 20 minutes, but I can understand it being a Saturday and that’s to be expected.
