If I could leave 0 stars I would. The rudest and most incompetent scheduling staff ever. This summer I made an appointment for Friday Oct 10 at 9am. I received confirmation about that on Fri 9/26, Fri 10/3, Tues 10/7, and was planning on attending. Then on 10/8 I received a new message saying my appointment was on 10/9 at 12:45pm. This did not work me. The number they gave me to call was to a different office that would not help me. I found the number and waited on hold for about 45 minutes before I got through to a person. She said my appointment had been moved and would not give me a reason why. I asked her to check what was going on and whether I could have my appointment time back, and I was hung up on. I called back the following morning because I was worried I would be charg

We have been seeing Dr. Nevins and her staff for about 5 years now. In our opinion, there is no better care team. We have lived all over the world, and we have never had a dermatologist so thorough, and when something does need to be removed, so gentle. We are grateful to Dr. Nevins and her staff for the extraordinary care.
