I was present as a support person during my husband’s appointment and was never acknowledged or introduced to by any staff or by the dentist (Dr. Luna). This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, when requesting my husband’s dental records while he was physically present next to me, front desk staff and one nurse (unsure of title) questioned why we wanted the records and gave pushback until I stated that we are legally entitled to them. This was our second negative interaction with this practice. The lack of basic professional courtesy and the dentist/owner completely disregarding my presence may be the final factor in our decision to move my husband to a different dental practice. Based on our experiences, I would not recommend this office.

I arrived for my cleaning appointment and interacted with a young women that never introduced herself. She asked a few medical questions and attempted to take my blood pressure twice without success (first time I've had a dental hygienist attempt to take my blood pressure). Both attempts resulted in an error reading with the wrist cuff monitor. She proceeded to get her tools together to do the cleaning and laid me back in the chair. I told her that it hurt my bad back to lay back at such a steep angle. She immediately snaps and raises the chair to almost an upright angle and says "well I guess I'll just have to hurt my back." Dr. Gray and his staff are the kindest people! They are so friendly and personable and take the time to answer all of your questions. They have your best interest in mind and give recommendations as if you were their own family. My husband and I as well as our 2 boys (5 and 4) love going to the dentist there. It's not scary and they make it fun for the kiddos!

As a business owner I was very impressed with the time and attention I was given upon my visit. They made me feel like family and not just another patient. Everyone was super nice and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a Doctor that takes the time to meet the needs of there patients and genuinely cares. This day and age that is a super rare characteristics to find in a person let alone a business. I had heard multiple compliments about Dr. Gray and his staff and I couldn't of agreed more with the great things that were said. Thanks so much!!

Dr. Gray, is awesome. He is a great Dentist. You feel at ease going into the office and coming out with a great smile. The staff is awesome. I have to give shout out, to the best Dental Hygienist, Patti!! Keep up the good work and making our smiles bright!
