Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health

This is literally the best urgent care I've ever been too. I hate hospitals and my doctor never had immediate openings so between me and my 2 sons, we have been to this location at least 10 times and every single time it's been such a pleasant, and fast experience. All of the staff are so kind, highly recommend this urgent care!

Be careful!! I have federal insurance and 100% in network.. hometown billed it wrong and added a “global fee” .. called my insurance and they said just have them remove the fee and resubmit. Called literally 20xs… finally talked to two humans and still no resolution.. for their error. Hometown billing asked me to call my insurance, which I did.. but hometown still hasn’t rebilled. The care was great here.. but I will never go here again due to the headache of speaking to a human and ridiculousness of the headache of having them refill insurance.

Very slow! I came in for a drug screen and there was no one in the waiting room area and only one person in the back and the receptionist kept walking to the back verses putting my paperwork in the computer! Then called others back who arrived way after I did ! I don’t know why these employers use this place at all they’ve always been extremely slow it’s ridiculous

Registered and made an appointment online. I was seen on time, staff was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable, and got my prescriptions sent out immediately. I later called with a question and that was also dealt with well. Location is easy to find with plenty of free parking.

The staff is always professional and very personable. They get you in and out, but they don't make you feel like you are just a number. The best Urgent care I have ever been to!
