I am very disappointed with the service I received at this dental office. I came in with a specific concern, but before anyone addressed the issue I actually needed help with, I was told I “needed” my wisdom teeth removed—despite having no pain or problems with them. I was also told I had several cavities that “needed” to be fixed, I tried to give the office the benefit of the doubt, but the experience only got worse. Each visit, my out-of-pocket cost mysteriously increased by an additional $40–$80 with no prior explanation.They said the estimate given to me was just an “estimate “ that I made sure I was ready to pay my part. I made appt to have 2 teeth pulled that were causing severe pain. At first, they said they would use xrays i had (that were less than 2 weeks old) The day of my appt. they text me that they would charge me to do new xrays before they would pull these 2 teeth. I explained that I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to keep getting xrays and then be told that they wouldn't extract teeth without having thousands of dollars work first. I am very disappointed in this office.

The clinic itself is not bad, but my experience was not the best. First of all, they don’t have staff who speak fluent Spanish. While this doesn’t necessarily affect the medical quality, it does limit the comfort for Spanish-speaking patients like me. As for the service, it wasn’t rude, but I didn’t feel well taken care of either. I came in with a lot of pain, and during the X-ray I didn’t quite understand how I was supposed to position myself. I sensed some frustration from the staff, which made me feel uncomfortable right from the start. Later I was taken to a cubicle where different people came in and out to run tests, but they couldn’t give me a clear diagnosis of where my pain was coming from. I called 11/20/25 for my husband having horrible tooth pain and swollen face and this dentist got him in within an hour and pulled tooth!! Great price and fantastic staff - highly recommend Precision Denistry!!!

I was in severe pain for 5 days, went got antibiotics and pain medicine at my primary. Well, day 5 was the most unbearable pain I was experiencing, called around looking for someone that could take me same day. Well, this office was able to see me within 30 minutes. I made to the office within 10 mins. I got there waiting maybe 5 mins as I was filling out new patient paperwork and got me to the back. I was in tears I was hurting so bad. Well, within 30 mins I was numbed up and tooth extracted and instant pain relief. The staff was beyond my expectations, the doctor was absolutely phenomenal and so kind caring and compassionate. The dental hygienist and the doctor talks to you about life and keeps you distracted while work being done. I am so thankful as it was my first visit and how fast e
